Today, we are going to talk about iPhone 7 home button function not working problem. A customer sent us an iPhone 7, he said when press the iPhone home button, the iPhone 7 has no response, the iPhone home button is not working.

After we received the iPhone 7, go to Settings>Touch ID & Password,“Add a fingerprint turn out grayed. We judged that the iPhone 7 home button is completely damaged. Is it due to the faulty iPhone Home Button Flex Cable?
In order to fix the home button, we need to disassemble the iPhone with phone opening tool . First of all, remove the display assembly and take out the logic board with QUICK 861DW Hot Air Rework Station, then remove the vibrator, speaker and charging port flexible cable, replace the new one.
Next, install the vibrator and speaker. The second part is a custom Home Button Flex cable. Fold it in half and install it. Then get the iPhone logic board and install it there.
The last part of our customized return-to-home group is the home button face. So the next thing we have to do is install it in the home button hole. Then connect the logic board to the display component.
Press the iPhone power button to turn it on, the iPhone is turned on smoothly. After entering the IOS, test the iPhone home button, now the iPhone home button function works smoothly, Continue to test other functions, all works good, the repairs end!
