Today, we are going to talk about iPhone X failed to turn on problem, the iPhone X is damaged by liquid, and then it doesn't boot anymore.

After press the iPhone power button, the white apple logo appears normally, but and then it auto restarts. We suspected that it's caused by iPhone baseband CPU problem.

Disassemble the iPhone X, and then measure the iPhone current by DC power supply, the current jumps normally. When the current jumps above 1A, it will ceaselessly restart with a black screen after two jumps. Now, we can sure that it's not the problem of the iPhone baseband CPU.

Nest, check the external configuration. Unplug the front sensing ribbon wire, and the system is started normally.

Removing the front sensing ribbon wire from the screen carefully. The wire is very thin and brittle. So we must be careful. Remove it and place it under the stereo zoom microscope to observe.

You can see signs of water corrosion on the sensing ribbon wire. Everything will be easy to find some clues. Pay attention to the temperature when you remove it, this chip is easy to be damaged. After removing the chip, it is really corroded. After cleaning it, pray that the chip will not be burned. Take out the cleaning non dust cloth, after cleaning, install the ribbon wire.

At last, assemble the iPhone X, now the iPhone X can be turned on properly. After entering the IOS system, test the iPhone X face ID, it works normally.
