The iPhone 6P is ringing, after we answered the calls, the iPhone receiver keeps silence, what's trouble? Here is the fixed detail.

First, make sure the iPhone isn't the headphone mode, because the sound is all out of the headphone; the telephone distance sensor in headphone mode won't work.
Second, replace the iPhone tail plug flex cable, and then test it, the problem still the same, so we can exclude the outer parts problem.
Third, we need to check iPhone motherboard problem. Restart the iPhone to test, it will prompt the headphone mode when adjust the volume button during calling.
This indicates that the phone insertion signal is abnormal and has been recognized as the state of the earphone insertion. When making a phone call, the input and output of the voice are all through the headphones. Generally, the iPhone audio IC U0900 or charging port would cause the trouble.
The headphone insertion signal is plugged into the audio IC through the port. The port insertion has been replaced,so we need to check U0900 audio IC .

Remove the iPhone 6 Plus motherboard and replace U0900 audio IC directly via QUICK 861DW hot air rework station.

Now, assemble the iPhone to test, the receiver works normally. Continue to test other functions on iPhone, all works good.
