iPhone 6S no response when charging- how to fix?

After insert the charger to recharge the iPhone 6S, it doesn't has any response, and there is no sign of charging, in a word, the iPhone 6S can't be charged, how to fix? By the way, this iPhone 6S once fell into the water.

Connect iPhone to the computer by iPhone lightning cable, the iPhone 6S can be detected by computer.

Use Stereo Zoom Microscope to observe the iPhone charge circuit of the iPhone motherboard, there are no visible signs of water damage on iPhone tail plugs.

Because the iPhone motherboard has water damage，and the iPhone can be detected by computer, according to our repair experience, we should focus on the water damage circuit of the iPhone motherboard.

Check iPhone motherboard carefully, we find the resistor R4510 is corroded by water.

After check iPhone 6S schematic diagram on WUXINJI Dongle, we know that this circuit for iPhone main power that output to the USB control signal TRistat_USB.

After find the fault point, we can fix it now.

Use BGA graver blade to clean the corroded place, and then use QUICK 861DW hot air rework station and tweezers to replace the new resistor.

After replacement, assemble the iPhone, recharge it, now the charge function of iPhone 6S is back to normal. Recharge it for a while, the iPhone 6S battery power is increased normally.
