The iPhone 6 Plus prompts that no SIM card, but the SIM card is in there. We need to solve it, or we can't use iPhone to contact others, unless you are using WIFI.

After reboot iPhone, update the iPhone, it still shows no SIM card. Now, we need to use phone opening tools to disassemble the iPhone.

Put iPhone on the WL Aluminum Alloy Pad, and disassemble the iPhone.

Use multimeter to measure the iPhone SIM card slot, the diode data for iPhone SIM card slot 1 pin PP_LD05 is abnormal, it is short circuit.

Check iPhone bit map on WUXINJI Dongle, it shows that PP_LDO5 is sent from the baseband power supply to the baseband CPU, SIM slot 1 pin, capacitor C3100_RF and the diode DZ3101_RF.

This kind of situation is not very likely to be the base band CPU damage, so we remove baseband power supply first, it is still short circuited after disassembly. Then we remove the capacitance C3100_RF, the ground resistance is normal now.

Now, use QUICK 861DW hot air rework station to install the baseband to iPhone logic board, and then assemble the iPhone.

Insert the SIM card to iPhone, power on iPhone, now the SIM card can be read normally. The iPhone 6 Plus SIM card problem has been solved!
